Liability Waiver

Upon your arrival in Rossland, British Columbia for a workshop, you will be required to sign a release of all claims of liability and acceptance of risks. You will not be allowed to participate in the workshop without having first signed the waiver. Below is a copy for your information.

WARNING: BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU, YOUR'RE FAMILY AND REPRESENTATIVES GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO SUE.

TO: CANADIAN HEALING ARTS INSTITUTE (the "Workshop Provider")

In consideration of the Workshop Provider accepting my application for and my being permitted to attend the workshop sessions, I agree to this RELEASE OF CLAIMS, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RIKS (collectively "this Agreement").

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators, assigns and whomever else may have interest either at common law or by operation of statue, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue the Society, Canadian Healing Arts Institute, their officers, directors, facilitators, employees, representatives, and participants (collectively "the Releasees") for any and all personal injury, death, property damage or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in a Workshop with the Workshop Provider due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of the Releasees. For the purposes of this Agreement, "the Workshop" shall extend from the time of my initial arrival in the town of Rossland, British Columbia, to my final departure there from and includes any and all activities occurring at anytime and anywhere in that City.
